Pupil leadership
At Audley we believe that our pupils have play an important part in our school. The children throughout their time will be given many opportunities to be elected to one of the many pupil leadership opportunities. To name a few: School Council, Eco-Team, RRSA Ambassadors, Digital Leaders and Peer Mentors.
The Prefect Team is led by a Head Boy and Head Girl. Supporting them is a Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl and four other Y6 Prefects.

Head Girl
|
I’m Leulah, and I’m so proud to be Audley’s Head Girl this year! I started at Audley in Reception and have loved being part of our school community ever since. When I’m not at school, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, shopping, cooking, spending time with my family, and collecting squishies! One thing that is really important to me is positive mental health. Life can sometimes feel busy, challenging or overwhelming, and I believe everyone should have someone who listens to them and helps them feel included. As Head Girl, I want every child at Audley to know that they matter, that their voice is important, and that they should always feel comfortable. I try to be kind, thoughtful, supportive and open-minded in everything I do. Whether I'm helping at my family's nursing home, or simply making someone smile, I love helping others feel happy and valued. My promise to you is simple: I will listen, support, encourage and respect every member of our school community. I want to celebrate your successes, help when things are difficult, and hopefully, we’ll laugh along the way too!

Head Boy
|
I’m Henry, and I’m incredibly proud to be your Head Boy this year! I would describe myself as kind, respectful, caring and enthusiastic, and I always try to bring these qualities to everything I do. One of the things I enjoy most is listening to other people's ideas and helping others feel valued and included. As Head Boy, I want to make sure your voices are heard. Whether you have a suggestion, a concern or a great idea, I’ll always be happy to listen. I’m excited to work with pupils and staff to help make our school an even better place to learn, grow and have fun. I believe that when we support one another and work together, we can achieve amazing things. My goal this year is to be a positive role model, encourage others to do their best, and represent our school with pride. |

Deputy Head Girl
|
I’m Mia, and I’m really proud to be your Deputy Head Girl this year. If you know me, you'll know that I’m not always the loudest person in the room, but I care deeply about other people and always try my best to help wherever I can. I love reading, drawing, dancing, climbing, playing the guitar and listening to music. I also love getting lost in a good Harry Potter book! One of the reasons I wanted to become Deputy Head Girl is because I know that not everyone finds it easy to speak up. Sometimes I can feel nervous too, which helps me understand how important it is for everyone to have their voice heard. I want to make sure every child feels welcome, included and listened to. I’m hardworking, dedicated and always willing to help others, whether that's supporting a friend, listening to an idea or helping younger pupils around school. For me, being a pupil leader is about much more than wearing a badge. It's about making a positive difference every day. If you have an idea, a question or just want a chat, please come and find me. I’ll always do my best to listen, support you and help make Audley a happy place where everyone belongs!

Deputy Head Boy
|
I’m Oscar, and I’m really proud to be Audley’s Deputy Head Boy this year! I’ve been part of the Audley family since Reception and love getting involved in school life. I’m friendly, approachable and enjoy working with others, whether that’s in the classroom, on the sports field or at school events. Sport is a big part of my life, especially football, cricket and golf. Through sport, I’ve learned the importance of teamwork, determination and supporting others to achieve their best. These are qualities I try to bring into school every day. As Deputy Head Boy, I want everyone to feel included, valued and listened to. If you have an idea for improving our school, or if there’s something you’d like to share, please come and talk to me. I believe every pupil has a voice, and I want to help make sure those voices are heard. I’m looking forward to representing our school, helping others and making this a fantastic year for everyone at Audley. |

I’d love to help organise fun events, support charities and make sure your ideas are heard. |
